I had to buy the car insurance policy and called ICICI Lombard. Unlike other call centres the response was quick with the person having sound knowledge of the subject.I spoke to Ramitha and told her to give me a call today.Sure enough I got a call and though ramitha was not there she had passed on the message to his team-mate Narendranath. Narendranth followed up with me very well through each and every process and got me through the process. Both the executives were of extreme help and sound knowledge on what they were doing .A fantastic team effort which has made me feel my decision of being with ICICI (I have my bank account,my credit card,my demat,my home loan,my ULIP ploiciies, and now the car policy also with ICICI.Thanks guys.

I am very happy with the services of ICICI Lombard. I wanted to buy a policy but I did not have much time to call my agent and sit with him to get a suggestion as to which policy I should buy. Then my friends suggested to buy it online from ICICI Lombard because it takes only few minutes to buy the policy. So I called ICICI Lombard customer care number and spoke to Mr. Ditin Shetty. He explained me everything about the process and also about the policy. He explained the policy in detail. He was very helpful and professional. It was only from his help that I bought the policy so easily. And the process of buying online is also very simple and user-friendly.

Recently I had some queries regarding my car insurance policy with ICICI Lombard. I did not have much time to go to the branch and get the issue solved. So I posted the query online through heir website. I never expected the call to come so soon. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response in less than 15 minutes! The executive, Mr. Madar called me and spoke to me regarding the same. I told him my issues and then I gave him the detailed information of my car insurance policy. He was quick with his solution and resolved the issue in a very timely and efficient manner. After had a good experience and the executives of ICICI Lombard are very professional.
Thanks to these guys who solved my issues instantly. I did not even have to go o the banch. I was extremely delighted with the satisfactory service they had delivered.

It was a very nice experience in talking to the executive and he was very help ful. Really appreciating the online transaction facility which ICICI Lombard is providing to users. It gives the policy online and user has the option to pick different payment options as well. Good thing is that even the credit card transaction is also absolutely tension free.
