ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. has been awarded the Brand Leadership Award at the 16th Asia Brand Congress held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai from 26-27th September, 2007.
The two-day session was presented by Mumbai based Business School Institute of Technology and Management (ITM) in association with Castrol India Ltd. The session was based on the theme of ‘Ensuring Brand Clarity and Consistency in the Multi-channel World’. The seminar saw the participation of 55 nations & 70 speakers across the world, including the likes of Prof. Renee Mauborgne (INSEAD, France), Dr. Joseph Mitchell (Author of ‘The Starbucks Experience’), Mr. Mark Matheny (CEO, Global Brands Group, UK) and others.
The Awards were presented to organizations that are customer-centric, deliver communications that are relevant, emotionally engaging and drive sales. The award was received by ICICI Lombard's Head of Marketing, Mr. Kartik Jain.
The Asia Brand Summit Awards aims to identify the strategic thinking, integration strategies and innovation behind building sustainable brands. The awards recognize various categories, such as Best brand Builder, Best Media Professional, Best Campaign, Brand Leadership, among others.
