About Telesales
 The first operations of telesales department of ICICI Lombard started in 2003 at Mumbai. At present, there are 10 centers spread over seven cities- Mumbai – 3, Delhi – 1, Calcutta – 1, Chennai – 2, Hyderabad – 1, Ahemdabad – 1, Pune – 1. Telesales channel compliments the retail sector by selling the main retail products – Home, Health, Travel, Motor and Personal Accident – through telephonic conversations.
