| The TPA will verify the identity of the caller. |
| In case of an emergency - accident or sudden illness – contact the help line number at the earliest you can. |
| In case of death of the insured, if the Bail Bond benefit has been availed, the insured’s immediate family members or the sponsor needs to submit an official death certificate within a month of the insured’s death. A statement from a physician mentioning the cause of death also needs to be submitted within a month of the insured’s death. Death certificate from relatives or spouses will not be accepted. |
| Once the above is done, TPA would directly settle all costs on the Company’s behalf. |
| If the service provider does not accept direct payment from the TPA, the cost will then have to be borne by the insured. The company would reimburse these costs on submission of required details. |
