You would have to take a separate policy for each of your parents' and pay seperate premiums for each.

Since the policy cover is for 2 years, we would renew it after the first year. For e.g. If you take an insurance cover of Rs. 3 lakhs in the first year, irrespective of the claims being made, on renewal, you would get an insurance cover of Rs. 3 lakhs in the second year as well.
