Any pre-existing illness will be excluded from scope of cover unless the insured has renewed the policy with us for a period of 4 consecutive years.

Non-allopathic treatment, pregnancy and childbirth related diseases, cosmetic, aesthetic and obesity related treatment.

Expenses arising from HIV or AIDS and related diseases, use or misuse of liquor, intoxicating substances or drugs as well as intentional self injury.

War, riots, strike, terrorism acts, nuclear weapon induced treatment.

Other exclusions for first 2 years: - Cataract - Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy - Congenital Internal Diseases - Fistula in Anus - Piles - Hysterectomy for Menorrhagia or Fibromyoma - Hernia - Sinusitis and related disorders

Can I buy this policy from outside India?
Yes, of course! You can buy this policy for your family from any part of the world. We bring you the facility of online buying where you can get all the details, fill in a form and buy online. However, the insured should be in India for the purpose of claim.

The list of family members that are eligible under this policy include: Spouse, Son, Daughter, Mother, Father, Aunty, Brother, Brother-in-law, Daughter, Daughter-in-law, Father, Father-in-law, Grand Daughter, Grand Father, Grand Mother, Grand Son, Mother-in-law, Nephew, Niece, Sister, Sister-in-law, Son-in-law and Uncle.

Is there an age limit for insuring my parents and family under this policy?
Yes. The minimum entry age of the insured should be 3 months and maximum entry age should be 70 years (as on last birthday). However, the policy can be renewed up to the age of 75 years.

How would my parents in India know about the details of the policy?
Once you avail our policy, our executives shall call your dependants in India and explain the details of the coverage and claims process to them.
