ICICI Lombard introduces Policy Briefcase. Policy Briefcase acts as your online Policy folder. You can add your existing and new polices (bought online or otherwise) in one single account, thereby making it convenient and hassle-free to find and manage your Insurance policies.

How do I create an account?
You can use your existing login id/ password or create new by registering with us online.

| Search for your Policy
Add all your existing (offline or online) and new policies (if any) to one single online folder. |
| Renew/Buy online
Once your Policy gets added to one single folder or the Policy Briefcase, you can easily do all your Policy management tools like renewal, extension of policies, buying new policies etc., all easily online |
What if I can’t find my policy?
If you can’t find your policy, the system generates an auto-response which will be sent to our team and we’ll investigate your Policy history and send a response to you at the earliest.
