Avaya GlobalConnect
 Awarded the Economic Times Avaya Global Connect Customer Responsiveness Award 2006 for the most Customer Responsive Company in the Insurance category. Avaya GlobalConnect, in partnership with The Economic Times, has launched the Customer Responsiveness Awards for the first time in India. The Awards are presented to organizations that have shown a commitment to Customer Responsiveness. The results were declared on January 19, 2007. ICICI Lombard bagged the maximum votes from customers this year, making it the most Customer Responsive Company in the Insurance sector.
