Tickets for the guided tour of the Capitol is available on first-come-first-served basis from the Guide Service kiosk located to the southwest of the building. |

Metro- Federal Triangle, Metro Center or McPherson Square A visit to Washington DC is incomplete without a visit to the American President's stately home-The White House. Guided tours for groups of ten or more is given on first-come-first-served basis. To book a tour contact the Member of Congress two to six months in advance. The schedule will be confirmed one month prior to the date of visit. If unable to secure the tour, at least visit the White House Visitor Center.  | Washington National Cathedral Wisconsin Ave NW and Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016 This Gothic cathedral is the sixth largest in the world and its construction was completed only in 1990. The central tower is 301 feet tall and there are over 200 stained-glass windows in this Cathedral that stretches almost one-tenth of a mile. The observation gallery provides spectacular views and a guided tour is available. Once here, do visit the greenhouse, herb cottage, Bishop's Gardens and the gift shop. |
 | US Holocaust Memorial Museum 100 Raoul Wallenberg Pl SW, Washington, DC 20024. Metro- Smithsonian Although this museum presents one of the darkest periods in modern history, it is among the most popular attractions in Washington DC. There are survivors' testimonies, videos and film footage on the history of "The Holocaust" and four floors of exhibits of that era. You may take a self-guided tour and must visit the Wexner Learning Center and "Remember the Children: Daniel's Story" as well. Timed passes are available and if possible avoid taking children under 11 years. |

Metro- Smithsonian Most would associate Smithsonian with the sandstone "Castle" of 19th century, but the Institution is far larger than that. It comprises 14 museums and the National Zoo and devoting just a day to visit the "Smithsonian" is insufficient. The most popular stops are National Museum of American History, National Air & Space Museum, National Museum of the American Indian and the Steven F.Udvar-Hazy Center. |
