Permitted and Prohibited Items

 | Entry of these products will be allowed only if you have appropriate document such as International Phytosanitary Certificate etc. |
 | You cannot bring in certain knives and weapons into New Zealand. |
 | You must not bring pirated copyright goods, firearms and weapons (without permit from New Zealand Police), medications (must be accompanied by a doctor's prescription), indecent articles such as DVDs and publications. |
 | The re-sealable plastic bag (carrying 100 ml or less capacity containers of liquids, gels and aerosols) must presented separately from other carry-on baggages at the screening point. |
 | The exceptions allowed in liquids, gels and aerosols category are baby products, dietary supplements and personal medications. |
 | Your check-in baggage must not contain jewelry, computers, personal electronic devices, money, business documents, identification documents, securities and other valuables. |
 | You do not need to declare either footwear, jewelry, clothes or toiletries (considered as personal effects). |
 | If aged 17 or above, you are allowed to bring either 200 cigarettes or 250 grams of tobacco or 50 cigars. You may bring in a combination of all three, but the overall weight must not exceed 250 grams. |
 | If aged 17 or above, you may also bring 4.5 liters of wine or beer (six 750ml bottles) and one 1125ml bottle of spirits, liqueur or other beverages. |
