Baggage Guidelines

 | Any gels, liquids and aerosols in a passenger's carry on baggage must be in 100 ml or smaller capacity containers. Larger containers (even if they have only 100 ml of these products) will not be allowed in carry-on baggages. |
 | These containers must be carried in a single re-sealable transparent plastic bag of 1-liter volume (app.20cm.x20cm.). Each passenger (including children) is allowed to carry only one 1-liter transparent plastic bag. |
 | The carry-on luggage must fit either under the seat or in the overhead bin. |
 | Each passenger is allowed one carry-on baggage and a personal item such as a briefcase or a purse. |
 | The cabin baggage or carry-on baggage should weigh no more than 7 kgs. |
 | Carry-on luggage dimension must not exceed 45 linear inches or 115cms (length+width+height). |
 | Your check-in baggage must be affixed with your name and personal identification. |
 | The check-in baggage must not exceed 20 kgs for Economy or Premium Economy travelers and 30 kgs for Business Class passenger. This is for people traveling within New Zealand or between New Zealand and Asia, Australia, Pacific Islands and Japan. |
 | Travelers to/from U.S., Canada and Tahiti or between New Zealand and London (via Los Angeles) are allowed 2 baggage pieces per person. The dimensions should not exceed 62 linear inches or 157cms (length+width+height) and the maximum weight allowed is 32 kgs. |
 | Additional fees is charged for excess, overweight and oversize baggages. |
