Ensure that there is no reflection visible on the phone screen.
After 15 seconds, the video will end automatically.

I have recorded my phone's full screen and not hidden any part of the phone screen.

The video I have submitted is fully clear without any reflections or darkness and the IMEI of my phone is clearly readable in the video.

I have not changed any of my phone's original parts or software and removed my phone case, if any, while talking the video.

My phone's screen is functioning properly and not flickering.

I declare that above mentioned information is true and if there is any discrepancy my claim will be liable to be rejected.
