My payment failed while purchasing / renewing the policy but now it shows maintenance page. What should I do?

Can I access IL TakeCare App for new policy/renewal during system downtime?
IL TakeCare App is also impacted and will not be able to serve you with a new policy or a renewal at the moment.

If your policy is due for renewal on April 17 2022, you can renew it any time after 1600 hrs, Sunday, April 17 2022, and before 0000 hrs Monday, April 18 2022, with full continuity benefits, as applicable.
Will I get a grace period to renew?
The downtime will not impact your policy continuity benefits including grace period. If your policy is due for renewal on April 17, 2022, you can renew it any time after 1600 hrs, Sunday, April 17 2022, and before 0000 hrs Monday, February 14 2022, with full continuity benefits, as applicable.
My renewal is due but your website is down. What should I do?
This downtime will not impact your policy continuity benefits. You can renew your policy post 1600 hrs on Sunday, April 17, 2022 and before 0000 hrs Monday February 14, 2022. Your policy will be renewed with all applicable continuity benefits.
