Welcome to the second edition of the corporate newsletter from ICICI Lombard, "Rest Assured".
This year, ICICI Lombard announced the decision of getting listed in the stock market. This was a bold & strategic decision to leverage opportunities with full capacity. By this decision, new gates of opportunity are now out and open. Customers, in the end, are the clear beneficiaries of this decision as they would witness more transparency. In this issue, we take a 360 degree view of this decision.
We also bring another hot topic in focus and the risks associated with it – Brand Recall. With many major brand/product recalls in the last few months, we address the risks posed by it and also present what ICICI Lombard has in store for such instances and for the companies that might be affected by it.
While understanding risks and suggesting ways to tackle it is our endeavor, we are also committed to development, not just for us but our partners and their people too. One such success story in recent past has been our association with Uber India and its employees. This issue also features the details of our partnership with Uber India as we pledge to provide better insurance cover for Uber driver-partners. We hope to continue more such collaborations in the future.

And in our Global Trends section, we are talking about Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is changing the face of not just Insurance Industry, but also the world.
