What are the inclusions & exclusions of the product?

Below are the detailed inclusions and exclusions of our Event Insurance Policy

  • Cancellation of Event: The Company shall compensate the Insured for event cancellation losses suffered due to the Act of God perils, Riots, Strike leading to event cancellation, Terrorism, Bandh call/curfew, declared national mourning and many other perils.
  • Material Damage: The Company shall compensate the Insured against accidental loss/damage caused to property leased, owned or hired for conducting the event.
  • Public Liability: The Company shall compensate the Insured against any legal liability towards third parties for accidents resulting in injury or damage occurring at the venue of the Insured’s event, in connection with the Insured’s event, during the policy period.
  • Personal Accident: The Company shall compensate the Insured in case of an accidental death. Temporary or Permanent disablement will be compensated accordingly as per company policy.
  • Cancellation of event due to absence of requisite government permission.
  • The Company is not liable to pay if damage or destruction to the property is caused intentionally.
  • Loss or damage to property due to wear and tear.
  • Damage to property stored outdoors without supervision.
