  • B. Car insurance starting price ₹2094: This premium, excluding 18% GST, applies to Motor Third Party Liability Insurance for private cars with cubic capacity of less than 1000 cc for a 1 year policy and may vary depending on the cubic capacity of the vehicle. The TP rates are provided by IRDAI and are subject to change as per the guidelines issued by authority from time to time.

  • D. Claim via InstaSpect: Instant approval is subject to policy terms & conditions and type of loss/damage. Approval would be subject to physical survey of the vehicle wherever deemed necessary. The insurer reserves the right to conduct a physical survey in accordance with the regulatory prescriptions. This is not applicable for major loss i.e. claims above Rs.50,000 & Third Party claims.
  • E. Preferred network garages services:
    • Pick-up & drop facility for your damaged car within city limits subject to availability of services.
    • Loss assessment survey within 4 working hours at preferred network garage.
    • Quality assurance of 6 months or maximum usage up to 6000 km post repairs whichever is earlier. This is applicable only if the claim has been intimated to us first before reporting the vehicle to any other garage. Also not applicable on consequential losses.
  • F. No Claim Bonus (NCB): No Claim Bonus will only be allowed if the policy is renewed within 90 days of the expiry date of the previous policy and there's no paid/pending claims on the previous policy. It is applicable for own damage section of the policy. Complete transfer of NCB can be done based on NCB reserving letter availed by the customer on the old vehicle provided the insured person remains the same. This will not be over and above the existing NCB in policy. Only either of the two can be taken.
  • G. Add-on covers: These add-on’s can be added in own damage (OD) components by paying additional premium.

  • Road Side Assistance: Complimentary taxi services, towing, flat tyre services will be provided for up to 50 kms beyond which additional charges will be applicable. Accommodation will be provided for only one day with limit of Rs.5000 if the breakdown / accident has happened at least 100 kms away from the Insured's place, the time of repair of the insured vehicle exceeds 12 hours and The number of individuals seated in the Insured vehicle is not more than the maximum seating capacity.


    Garage Cash: This add-on cover is available at an additional premium. To avail this, minimum number of days spent in garage should be 2 days, and coverage days can be for up to 14 days. The per-day allowance is ₹500.


    Zero Depreciation: This add-on cover is available at an additional premium depending on the age, make-model, and RTO of the vehicle.

  • I. Up to 93% discount on two-wheeler insurance: This discount is applicable only on the Own Damage section of the Two wheeler vehicle package policy only and is available only for scooters which are older than 5 years.

Elevate

  • A. Zero hassle health policies starting @₹20/day: Elevate health policy starting @₹20/day: Premium for Elevate health insurance for Zone A, including GST and 5% online discount for the policies purchased from our website, for ₹7.5L sum insured (SI) for a customer aged 16-20 years, with no pre-existing condition, is ₹7219. Premium excluding 18% GST is ₹6118. Therefore, the per day premium is ₹19.78, i.e. approximately ₹20, sold annualy. (Zone A: Delhi, Mumbai (including Thane district, Navi Mumbai) , Gurugram district, Karnal district, Sonipat district, Rohtak district, Bhiwani district, Chakri Dadri district, Mahendragarh district, Daman & Diu, Dadra Nagar, Ahmedabad, Surat, Noida City, Ghaziabad district, Hapur district, Meerut district, Muzaffarnagar district, Shamali district)
  • S. Reset Benefit Reset will not be triggered for the first claim under the policy. Applicable only for admitted claims under “In-patient AYUSH Hospitalization”, “Inpatient Care” or “Day care Procedure/Treatment”. The total amount of reset will not exceed the Annual Sum Insured for that Policy Year. This benefit will not be available for Policies with Unlimited Sum Insured option.
  • T. Worldwide coverage: There will be a waiting period of 2 years after this cover has been opted to avail any kind of benefit under the same. There will be no waiting period for any inpatient hospitalization claims arising due to Accident or Injury. In case of planned Inpatient Care, prior intimation of at least 7 days in advance of travel and due approval from Us will be necessary. The expenses covered under this benefit will be limited to In-patient Hospitalization Expenses, In patient AYUSH Hospitalization Daycare Procedures/Treatment Expenses only. Any Additional Sum Insured as available under Loyalty Bonus/Power Booster/Inflation Protector (if any) will not be available for worldwide cover . Maternity Benefit, Jumpstart, Power Booster, Infinite Care, Reset benefit, and Claim Protector will not be available for worldwide cover. This cover can only be availed by you if the insured's age is up to 65 years. This is applicable only on cashless basis.
  • Z. Teleconsultation (Unlimited times): Applicable to all sum insured; consultations can be availed via IL TakeCare App . Choosing the services under this Cover is purely upon the Insured Person’s own discretion and at own risk. The services under this Benefit should not be construed to constitute medical advice and/or substitute the Insured Person's visit/ consultation to an independent Medical Practitioner/Healthcare professional.

  • AB. Power of Infinite Personalisation: Policy can be personalized by selecting from the wide range of add-on covers available in the product.
  • AF. NRI Advantage: This cover can be opted only if the insured person provides declaration that they are NRI or OCI based abroad entirety for the policy year, provides proof of oversees residence for each renewal, without which there will be no further discounts in premium under NRI Advantage.
  • AG. Jumpstart add-on: Add Ons are subject to payment of additional premium. Jumpstart is applicable only in case of Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidaemia, Obesity and Coronary Artery Disease with PTCA done at least 1 year prior to policy issuance. Applicable for domestic coverage only and to be availed for a period of 3 continuous policy years.
  • AH. Infinite Care add-on: Add Ons are subject to payment of additional premium. Infinite care add-on can be opted only during first 2 policy years for domestic coverage only.
  • AI. BeFit add-on: Add Ons are subject to payment of additional premium. BeFit add-on can only be opted by Insured Person(s) up to the age of 65 years during first time issuance.
  • AJ. Claim Protector add-on: Add Ons are subject to payment of additional premium. For domestic coverage only. Any Sum Insured accrued under Loyalty Bonus/Inflation Protector/Reset benefit will not be available for this cover
  • AK. Nursing at home: We will cover up to ₹2,000 per day for a maximum of 10 days for nurse services at your home after hospitalization. The nurse must be hospital-employed, and a doctor must certify the service as necessary for an illness or injury covered under the policy. This benefit applies only if your claim for in-patient treatment has been approved.
  • AL. Dependent accommodation benefit: We will pay up to ₹1,000 per day for one immediate family member’s stay in the hospital during your hospitalisation due to a covered illness or accident, for up to 10 consecutive days. This benefit applies if your hospitalisation claim is approved, the hospitalisation was medically necessary and lasted at least 3 consecutive days, and a doctor certified the need for hospitalisation.
  • AM. Durable medical equipment: We cover expenses for renting or purchasing specified durable medical equipment like wheelchairs, ventilators, and oxygen concentrators, up to ₹5 lakhs within the policy year, if prescribed by a doctor post-hospitalisation for the same covered illness or injury. This benefit is payable only if your hospitalisation claim is approved, the equipment is prescribed during or within 30 days of discharge, and the purchase is made within 30 days of the recommendation.
  • AN. Inflation Protector: The % increase will be applicable only on Annual Sum Insured under the Policy and not on Loyalty Bonus or any other Covers which leads to increase in Sum Insured. At the time of renewal, if the insured person opts out of the optional cover, then the sum insured under the Inflation Protector cover accrued up to the expiring policy year will be forfeited.

Activate Booster

  • AE. Activate Booster: Elevate and Activate Booster can be purchased individually, as per your convenience. Activate Booster, which is a super top-up policy, can be purchased along with any other base retail health insurance policies of ICICI Lombard.
  • AC. Waiver of Deductible: Waiver of deductible feature allows you to convert your top up policy to a base policy with no deductible, if the policy was first purchased before the age of 50 and is continuously renewed thereafter. This feature can be exercised only when the age of the eldest insured member is between the ages of 55-65 years.
  • AD. Guaranteed Deductible Reduction: Guaranteed deductible reduction feature to reduce your deductible by 10% at each renewal, with maximum reduction of 50% of the deductible opted during the first policy issuance. If the policy is continuously renewed with us.

Activate Booster (Combo*)

  • U. 1 crore (Base/Deductible + Top-up): This policy provides coverage of 1 crore and other sum insured options as per requirement. For more details please refer the policy documents.
  • A. Inclusions/Exclusions: These are a part of an indicative list, for detailed information please refer policy wordings.
  • B. Lost checked in baggage: We shall indemnify the Insured for the value of the Checked In Baggage totally lost whilst in custody of the Common Carrier during the period of journey in relation to Trip covered.
  • C. MISSED (FLIGHT) CONNECTIONS of International Travel Insurance: The time gap between the scheduled arrival of the previous flight and the scheduled departure of the next flight (Missed Flight) shall be less than 3 hours.
  • D. Delay of checked-in-baggage: Fixed allowance in case the Insured shall encounter a delay in receipt of his/ her Checked-In Baggage beyond the period as specified in the Policy Schedule.
  • E. World wide cashless hospitalisation : To avail this service. Customer needs to inform us at least 24 hours before the Date of Admission (DOA) to faciliate Anywhere Cashless. This facility will be extended based on the confirmation from respective hospital/ healthcare provider” and "T& C Apply
  • F. Personal accident (TripSecure+) : We shall pay a lump sum payout in case of death or permanent total disablement or permanent partial disablement of the insured during the policy period. Excludes amounts related to medical expenses.
  • G. Financial emergency cash allowance (TripSecure+) : Lump sum payout in case you are left with no travel funds following an incident of theft, robbery, etc. during the policy period. No claim will be accepted if the claim is reported to the Company or Assistance Service Provider more than 48 hours after the incident of theft or burglary of luggage/money.
  • H. Burglary- Home Contents (TripSecure+) : Indemnification for financial loss or damage due to burglary/attempted burglary at your residence while you are on a covered trip. Excludes the loss or damage while Insured’s premises is unoccupied, for a consecutive period of more than 30 days, without informing informed the Company and obtaining its written approval. Also excludes Theft without actual forcible and violent entry and/or exit from the premises.
  • I. Hospitalisation Expenses for Injury and Illness (TripSecure+) : Reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for medical treatment on account of injury. Either Hospitalisation Expense for Illness and Injury cover or Hospitalisation Expense for Injury cover can be selected. Both cannot be opted together. Sub limits, if any, under this cover can be removed upon payment of additional premium.
  • J. Loss of checked-in baggage (TripSecure+) : Under this cover, coverage is limited to any one incident of loss.
  • K. Trip cancellation (TripSecure+) : Indemnification for financial loss (travel and accommodation) incurred on cancellation of trip due to unexpected events e.g. sickness, natural calamities, terrorist attack etc.
  • L. Car rental cover (TripSecure+) : We will reimburse the Insured for the Rental Vehicle Insurance in case the Rental Vehicle is stolen, damaged or involved in a collision whilst in the care of the Insured. Rental Vehicle Insurance means the amount, the Insured is legally liable to pay under the Rental Vehicle hiring agreement to the car rental company, if the Rental Vehicle is involved in an accident or is stolen during the rental period. However, the Rental Vehicle Insurance does not include the Deductible amount as defined under Cover 36: Car Rental Cover for Deductible.
  • M. Loss of passport and international driving license (TripSecure+) : Reimbursement of a fixed benefit amount shall be given to the Insured is he/she loses or damages their original Passport or International Driving License.
  • N. Financial emergency cash allowance : Lump sum payout in case you are left with no travel funds following an incident of theft, robbery, etc. during the policy period. No claim will be accepted if the claim is reported to the Company or Assistance Service Provider more than 48 hours after the incident of theft or burglary of luggage/money.
  • O. Pre-existing disease cover add-on (TripSecure+) : Subject to payment of additional premium. Sub limits, if any, under this cover can be removed upon payment of additional premium.
  • P. Medical evacuation (TripSecure+) : Reimbursement of expenses for emergency transportation and evacuation services necessitated due to any Illness contracted or accidental Injury sustained during the policy period. Excludes any Medical treatment or expense related to Cruise cover unless such Cover 32: Medical Cover on a Cruise has been opted.
  • Q. Adventure sports add-on (TripSecure+) : Subject to additional premium.
  • R. Debit and credit card and forex card - fraudulent utilisation (TripSecure+) : Reimbursement for financial loss due to fraudulent utilization of debit / credit / forex card in the event of loss or theft of such card during policy period upto the limit as defined in policy certificate.
