Ms. Preeti Reddy is a Non-executive, Independent Director of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. Ms. Preeti Reddy was CEO with P&L responsibility of IMRB/Kantar till 2021 and Chairwoman, South Asia of Kantar - the global consumer insights and consulting company. As country manager of one of Kantar's 'Big Six' markets, Preeti was part of the global leadership team and an important contributor to Kantar's growth. During her tenure as IMRB CEO, in 2015 she was selected to run WPP's research agencies in India (IMRB, TNS and Millward Brown). She successfully led the merger of these companies into a single entity, delivered double digit revenue growth year-on-year with 20%+ EBITDA margins and built Kantar into South Asia's largest research agency. She steered the organisation towards an end-to-end digital transformation and strengthened India's position as a global centre of excellence for analytics and research outsourcing.

Preeti is widely recognised as a thought leader and has been at the forefront of the development of the consumer insights industry in India. Mr. Murali Sivaraman, is a Non-executive, Independent Director at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has also completed Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. Mr. Murali Sivaraman is an accomplished business leader, who has worked in India, Singapore, China, Canada and London. He is also an Independent Director in Huhtamaki India Limited, Bharat Forge Limited, MedPlus Health Services Limited, Welspun Living Limited, Welspun Global Brands Limited and Pidilite Industries Limited.

In his previous role, he served as President of Philips Lighting Growth Markets and Executive Vice President of Philips Lighting, based in Singapore. During his tenure at Philips, he has successfully completed and integrated large acquisitions in India, China and Middle East and has worked with Marketing, Innovations and Supply Teams spread across the globe. He also worked with Akzo Nobel (formerly ICI) for approx. 20 years in global positions.

Mr. Rajive Kumar is a Non-executive, Independent Director at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Rajive Kumar is an Indian Administrative Service officer of 1981 batch. Mr. Rajive Kumar retired as Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh in 2018, following a long and illustrious career in Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Rajive Kumar holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University, USA and a MSc in Physics from Lucknow University.

Mr. Rajive Kumar has served as a civil servant for four decades in key positions in Government of India and Uttar Pradesh from 1981 to 2018, Principal Secretary Rural Development, Managing Director UPSIDC, Divisional Commissioner of Meerut and Saharanpur Divisions, and District Magistrate of Mathura & Firozabad districts.

Mr. Sanjeev Mantri is the MD & CEO of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, the largest private sector General Insurance Company in India.

Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Director of ICICI Lombard, spearheading the Retail business for the company where he was responsible for managing the consumer business portfolio across Agency, Bancassurance, Direct, and Alternate Channels, as well as overseeing Business Strategy and Product Development.

Mr. Mantri has held key leadership positions with BNP Paribas and ICICI Bank with a career spanning more than 20 years. He joined ICICI Bank in 2003 and managed the Rural and Inclusive Banking an SME business portfolio.
