ICICI Lombard is pleased to inform you all that the general insurance business of Bharti AXA General Insurance has successfully demerged with us, effective 8 September 2021. The transaction has been effective following the requisite approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

We aim to provide new and existing customers with value-driven products and services along with a dedicated and extended network of customer support services. The transaction will also aid in improving and expanding our distribution network.

Furthermore, your insurance continuity benefits will not be terminated, nor will the claim settlement procedure be altered, and the policy document will also remain valid and effective until it expires.

No, you will not be issued a new policy document after the transaction, and the one you already have will stay active and valid until it expires.

Yes, you can pay your travel premium online.
