We are proud to announce that we have successfully upgraded our Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015 with effect from January 7, 2017. This certification is an upgrade from the previous ISO 9001:2008 standard and was conferred by DNV GL Business Assurance India Pvt. Ltd., one of the world’s leading certification bodies.

The certification is a continuation of our adherence to internationally established standards for quality systems and assurance with the scope* of "Policy Issuance, Claims Processing, Customer Support, Branch Operations, Banking, Logistics Control Unit, Records Management, Agent Licensing, Commission Payouts, and Training and Development Functions."

ISO 9001:2015 certification requires an organisation to demonstrate its ability to meet the requirements of its customers, stakeholders and other interested parties as well as comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. We achieved the certification by planning and implementing in-depth risk based thinking for the scoped functions in the organisation.

The certification is an acknowledgement of the standardisation and uniformity of processes being followed across all our branch services and corporate offices.
