We were conferred with the Effie ‘Silver’ Award 2019 for the health insurance campaign “Tension nahin, Insurance lijiye”.
The award is organised by the prestigious Advertising Club, which stands for effectiveness in marketing communications.

Golden Peacock National Training Award 2019 & Business Excellence Award 2018

We were conferred with these awards, which were instituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD) in 1998.
National Training Award recognises excellence in training practices in organisations and rewards training that brings tangible benefits to the organisation.
Business Excellence Award recognises an entity embarking on a journey to continuously improve and innovate on our management systems and processes to achieve world-class performance.

We were adjudged the Most Broker Friendly Insurer – 2019 in in the Top Quartile by the Insurance Brokers Association of India.

Money Today Financial Awards

Our Company was selected as the joint winner in the 'Best Motor Insurance Provider of the Year’ category.
The recognition, a part of the Business Today-Money Today Financial Services Awards, was instituted in 2013 to reward the best companies in various financial categories including insurance and mutual funds.

LACP Spotlight Awards

Conferred with the 2018 Spotlight Awards for our Annual Report 2017-18. We won a Gold Award – and were recognised for developing one of the Top 100 Communications Materials – worldwide.

ATD BEST 2018 Global Awards

ICICI Lombard has been conferred with the ATD (Association of Talent Development) BEST Awards 2018 for the 6^th time. The ATD BEST Global Awards recognize organizations that leverage on talent development strategically to achieve business results. Out of 170 organizations from 12 different countries that participated this year, 45 organizations won the award. ICICI Lombard is the only insurance company across the globe to be honoured with the ATD BEST Award in the list of top 15 companies.

PR Daily’s Corporate Social Responsibility Awards 2017

ICICI won the coveted “PR Daily’s 2017 Corporate Social Responsibility Award” organized by PR Daily, USA. The company was recognized for its unique CSR campaign ‘Ride to Safety’ which aims at making roads safer for children.

ATD BEST 2017 Global Awards

ICICI Lombard won the ATD (Association  of Talent Development) BEST Awards 2017 for the 5^th time. The ATD BEST Global Awards recognize organizations that leverage on talent development strategically to achieve business results. ICICI Lombard has been conferred with the coveted Golden Peacock National Training award 2017. The award was instituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD)in 1998 to identify excellence in training  practices at organizations as a whole. ICICI Lombard is the first General Insurance company to receive this award for training since the inception of these awards. 

National Awards for Excellence in CSR

ICICI Lombard wins prestigious National Awards for Excellence in CSR & Sustainability for CSR initiatives Caring Hands and Ride to Safety.The companies CSR initiative Caring Hands won the award under Best CSR impact Initiative category and Ride to Safety won under Innovations in CSR Practices category.

Fintelekt Insurance Awards

ICICI Lombard won Fintelekt Insurance Awards, 2017 for Bancassurance Leader (General Insurance – Large Category) and Technology Initiative of the Year. Fintelekt Awards is being organized since 2011 (earlier named as India Insurance Awards). It has evolved into a benchmark platform to recognize the leaders in the Insurance sector.

Asia Quality Excellence & Leadership Awards

ICICI Lombard was conferred with the Asia Quality Excellence & Leadership Awards, 2017. The company was awarded for Planning, Processes and Systems in General Insurance Category.

Contact Center World Awards

ICICI Lombard won the prestigious Silver Award in the Asia Pacific Region by Contact Center World Awards.

Best Legal Department, Asia Pacific Region

ICICI Lombard was adjudged the ‘Best Legal Department, Asia Pacific Category’ at the International Legal Alliance Awards, New York. The company was conferred the award for promoting insurance law practice in India, most particularly developing of insurance lawyers. This award is one of the most coveted recognitions for law firms and legal departments worldwide.

Celent Model Insurer Asia Awards

The Company’s Agency App won the award under “Digital and Omnichannel” category. Under this theme, projects leading to a digital transformation which automate complex tasks thereby allowing users to master and reproduce the results at no cost are honored. In addition, the Company’s Chatbot platform, MyRA was presented the award under the category “Legacy and Ecosystem Transformation”. The category identifies projects related to core system replacement or transformation.

Best Legal Department for 2016

The Society of India Law Firms (SILF), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Manupatra along with other media partners, organized the second edition of India Legal Summit & Legal Awards, 2016. Steering through a very tough competition, ICICI Lombard’s Legal Department was judged as the Best Legal Department of the year for 2016. The victory was even sweeter, as ICICI Lombard left behind legal departments of companies like Coca Cola, Aditya Birla and many others.

Vision Awards-Annual Report Competition

ICICI Lombard has been adjudged the ‘Gold’ Award in the ‘Insurance’ category for its Annual Report, 2015-16 at the Vision Awards – Annual Report Competition, organized by ‘League of American Communication Professionals, USA’ (LACP). The Awards received entries from companies located across 24 countries.

Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2016

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited received an award in the CSR & NOT-FOR-PROFIT category for its initiative, ‘Ride to Safety’. As a part of this initiative, workshops were conducted aimed at improving road safety scenario for children who ride two-wheelers as pillion riders. These workshops were aimed at creating awareness for road safety and more importantly influence the driving behavior of two-wheeler riders. Specially designed, ISI-marked helmets were distributed to children who attended these workshops.

Innovative Health Insurance Company of the Year

ICICI Lombard General Insurance has been declared the 'Most Innovative Health Insurance Company of the Year' at 'The 2016 Frost & Sullivan India Best Practices Awards'.

The company won the award for its pioneering work in the health insurance space including the recently launched 'Health Advisor' initiative. Frost & Sullivan's Best Practices Awards recognize companies operating across domestic and global markets for superior leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development.

Claim Service Leader Award, 2016

ICICI Lombard has been adjudged ‘Claim Service Leader’ in the General Insurance (Large) category at the Indian Insurance Awards, 2016. The company received the award for its excellent track record in claim settlement across product segments.
