As a member of our sales team, you would be responsible for understanding our customers’ needs and liaise with them to ensure that they get a product that meets their requirements.

  • Have a graduate or post-graduate degree in any stream
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a financial consultant, lawyer, engineer, sales with either a corporate or a firm
  • Have experience in managing, leading or being a part of a high-performance team

Risk Management

Actuarial, Underwriting and Claims management are the three arms of our risk management team

  • The actuarial team reviews Indian and international data over many years to understand the pattern of risk involved in each type of insurance, be it motor, health, travel or fire. It then helps to construct product features and price the product so that the risk that is borne by our company is justified by the premiums that are paid.
  • When a customer wishes to purchase a product, the underwriting team must review the customer details to ensure that these match the product promise and features, and that the particular risk can be covered for the price. Underwriters work closely with the sales, actuarial and claims teams to ensure risk alignment.
  • It is the claims team’s responsibility to evaluate the claim that a customer makes on the company in the event of an accident, hospitalization, fire, etc. They must assess the circumstances of the event to ensure that it meets the conditions of the policy and then ensure that the claim is settled speedily.

Support Functions

Support functions comprise customer care, marketing, human resources, finance, business intelligence and compliance. Each of these functions is geared towards ensuring that the sales and risk management teams are able to deliver on their customer promise as efficiently and effectively as possible.

We recruit select people to fill in a specific need as and when it arises within the function. Graduates and post-graduates with relevant experience are considered.
