Support Functions
Support functions comprise customer care, marketing, human resources, finance, business intelligence and compliance. Each of these functions is geared towards ensuring that the sales and risk management teams are able to deliver on their customer promise as efficiently and effectively as possible.
We recruit select people to fill in a specific need as and when it arises within the function. Graduates and post-graduates with relevant experience are considered.
Some qualities essential for those in ancilliary functions…
- Have a graduate or post-graduate degree
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a financial consultant, lawyer, doctor, healthcare manager, engineer, etc
- Have excellent analytical and reasoning skills
- Have the ability to bring together people and ideas across functions and work effectively with partners and regulators
- Want to experience a high-growth industry and work with the leader!
