My 2 year daughter was admitted in the hospital due to high fever and this was my first experience with ICICI Lombard claim and I have to tell you, the response was very quick. ICICI team responded to the initial claim request within 4 hours and the final approval was also done within 2 hours. I have heard stories of delays in approval or the need to follow up constantly or 'you have to know some contact' to get insurance companies to respond or give quick responses. You can say that I am big 'fan' of ICICI Bank. This is one of the main reasons I went to ICICI Lombard for my health insurance and 2-wheeler insurance. And like ICICI Bank Services, Services of ICICI Lombard are too good. The website interface, prompt reply to emails, timely dispatch of policy documents, etc were above satisfactory level. Although I have never had claim-related work and I don't want that to happen, but I am sure they must be good in this aspect (claims settlement) as well. All the very best!

Thanks for the very quick and immediate settlement of my hospital expenses reimbursement claim on 17^th Feb 2016, Even though it took some time about a month for the clarification and verification but it is very fast in settlement with a total commitment to the customer. The call center service is also very responsive and excellent. The list of approved cashless hospitals can be sent by email once in month for the benefit of insured customers. Service is very good and keep it up.
