The Video (AV) opens with a slightly plump employee entering the office while eating an unhealthy snack. Upon entering, he comes across a wallpaper on the floor displaying ICICI Lombard's #DoTheDifficult campaign logo along with a barcode. He scans the barcode on the wallpaper and a short ad film on the #DoTheDifficult campaign begins to stream on his phone. He continues to eat the unhealthy snack while watching the video. When the #DoTheDifficult video ends, the snack in his hand vanishes suddenly and a title appears.
Title: When we launched our wellness campaign #DoTheDifficult, we did not forget to include ourselves in it.
The employee is perplexed after the snack in his hand disappeared. As he continues to walk towards the elevator, he comes across various posters of #DoTheDifficult wellness campaign on the pillars, danglers hanging from the ceiling, posters on the reception desk and almost at every corner of the office.

The employee reaches the elevator and comes across a poster stand displaying “Please Take the Stairs” with #DoTheDifficult tagline. Ignoring the message, he presses the button of the elevator when his colleagues join him and urge him to use the stairs. All his colleagues use the stairs to go up and ultimately he too takes the stairs. As he begins to climb the stairs, a message ‘The Dirtier the Staircase the Healthier You Are' appears on the floor.
Title: And took things one step at a time.
It takes a great effort for the employee to climb the stairs. He reaches the top completely exhausted. Upon reaching, he notices his colleagues are writing their fitness pledges on a white board. On being urged by his colleagues, he too writes, “Will NEVER take the stairs again,” and then strikes off “NEVER.”

The employee reaches his desk, opens his computer, and scrolls through the timeline of ICICI Lombard's ‘All Company Group'. He visits through the posts made by different employees, which mentioned their fitness achievements. The posts motivate him and he decides to sign up for a health pledge contest on Yammer.
Title: And a Yammer contest gave the best pledges, the best goodies.
The employee enters the office cafeteria, which also has the health wellness campaign's posters in every corner. He goes to the counter and tries to order something spicy from the old menu. The service attendant shows him the revised menu, which only has a few healthy options to order from including diet lunch, lemon coriander soup, tossed salads, fruits, and sandwiches. He unwillingly orders the same and as he begins to eat, he finds the food to be tasty.
Title: Since most difficult promises involve eating, our cafeteria had to be modified too.
The employee is in a meeting in a conference room where he is served green tea instead of the regular tea. As he takes a sip, he likes it.
Title: And so did our refreshments.
The employee comes across a dietician help desk stationed within the office. He walks in to the help desk and gets his Body Mass Index (BMI) test done. The dietician prescribes him a few workplace exercises and lifestyle changes along with a diet, which he needs to follow.
Title: We even helped our employees achieve their difficult goals, with diet and nutrition consultations.
The employee is practicing the exercises recommended by the dietician at his workplace. He shares with his colleagues, his fitness goals, and the progress he has made. His colleagues are impressed by his progress.
Title: ...And encouraged them to track their progress.
The employee is standing at the office entrance watching the progress and achievements of other ICICI Lombard employees across different locations on an LED TV. A message appears ‘ICICI Lombard employees across the nation joined hands to #DoTheDifficult.' Smiling and feeling good about it, he walks past the TV tossing an apple instead of an unhealthy snack.
Title: Now when will you begin?
The employee walks through the corridor and comes across a colleague who is eating potato chips. He takes out the colleague's phone from his front pocket and scans the code of #DoTheDifficult floor wallpaper and returns the phone back to him. The #DoTheDifficult campaign's video starts playing on the phone and the floor wallpaper gets zoomed in when the final title appears.
Title: It's time to live up to promises. It's time to #DoTheDifficult.
