What are the Different Types of RTO Forms?

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has provided several online RTO forms for various purposes:

  • Form 20: You use this form to apply for motor vehicle registration.
  • Form 21: This form is for obtaining a sales certificate.
  • Form 23: It helps you obtain a registration certificate for your vehicle.
  • Form 24: This form is used to register a motor vehicle officially.
  • Form 29: You need to submit this form when transferring ownership of a motor vehicle.
  • Form 38 A: This form is required to generate an inspection report.
  • Form 50: You use this form to create a bill of lading.
  • Form 51: This form should be filled out to obtain a certificate of insurance.

Vehicle Registration Process in Cuttack
