This service lets you decide which hospital is best for you, whether near your home or a specialised facility you trust. Available pan-India, so if you're in your hometown or travelling to another city, you can still get cashless treatment if the hospital you prefer accepts it.
Availing of cashless hospitalisation with Cashless Everywhere is quick and straightforward. All you need to do is inform us through our ILTC app when hospitalisation is required. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process. Once you've chosen the cashless benefit, you can experience the convenience of a hassle-free discharge from the hospital without the burden of upfront payments.

This ICICI Lombard service can be availed with all our health insurance policies. Below are the steps to be followed to raise a request for Cashless Everywhere hospitalisation:
For a planned hospitalisation, inform us at least 48 hrs. prior. Use the IL Take Care app to tell us your plan to get hospitalised.
Inside the IL Take Care app, please select the Services we offer tab and choose the Health Assistance option for Cashless Everywhere.
Once your treatment is done, you can leave the hospital without paying any money at the time of discharge, based on the terms and conditions of your insurance policy.
Remember that the availability of the Cashless Everywhere facility may depend on individual hospital terms & conditions and if they accept the cashless facility policy. It's a good idea to contact ICICI Lombard if you need help finding where to go.
