    Avail insurance claim on home healthcare treatment, without having to get hospitalized. Get treated for any ailment including Covid-19 related treatment from the safety and comfort of one’s home.

In order to ensure that our customers have access to medical care at all times, we’ve introduced ‘Hello Doctor’. Our customers can use this feature to consult medical practitioners over the phone, from the safety and comfort of their own homes. It’s available on the IL Take Care app, at no extra cost.

Online medicine and delivery
We want our customers to stay safe, stay home as much as they possibly can. Our online medicine and delivery feature is a helpful step in that direction. Available on the IL Take Care app, this feature can be used by our customers to order prescribed medicines online and get it delivered at home.

Home Healthcare
Keeping in mind the health and safety of our customers, we’ve introduced ‘Healthcare at Home’, under which our customers can receive treatment at home and still make a claim without hospitalisation being a criteria.
