RTOs play a crucial role in maintaining a comprehensive database of all national operational vehicles. They are tasked with issuing driver’s licences, collecting road taxes, conducting pollution checks and ensuring the strict enforcement of road transportation regulations. This number is usually valid for a month. You should apply for a permanent registration number within this time frame.

Four-Wheeler Insurance in Guntur

Car insurance is mandated per the rules and regulations listed by the Motor Vehicle Act in India. You can choose between third-party car insurance and comprehensive car insurance. Third-party insurance focuses on covering your liabilities toward third parties. In contrast, comprehensive car insurance provides broader protection, encompassing accidents, fires, theft and third-party liabilities.

The benefits of comprehensive coverage extend to damage or loss incurred by your insured vehicle, even during transit. This type of insurance also takes care of third-party liabilities. Hence, comprehensive car insurance offers a more comprehensive and all-encompassing safeguard for your vehicle and your legal obligations.
