₹3,000 for four-wheelers

₹5,000 for larger vehicles such as Trucks, Buses, etc.

Driving Without a Valid Driving License

₹2,000 for two-wheelers

₹3,000 for three or four-wheelers.

Violating Pollution Standards

₹1,000 for light-weight two-wheelers

₹3,000 for other vehicles.

Exceeding Speed Limits

₹1,500 for two-wheelers

₹2,000 for LMVs

₹4,000 for Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs).

Driving/Riding Under the Influence of Intoxicants

₹10,000 and/or 6 months imprisonment for the first violation

₹15,000 and/or 2 years imprisonment for repetitive offences.

Operating a Vehicle Without Insurance

₹2,000 and/or 3 months in prison or community service for the first offence

₹4,000 for subsequent violations.

Juvenile Offences

₹25,000 fine, 3 years imprisonment, registration cancellation for 1 year and disqualification from obtaining a license until 25 years of age.

Disregarding Traffic Signals

₹5,000
