Check Traffic Challan Status in Bangalore

The process to find your e-challan status in Bangalore is quite simple.

  • Visit the e-challan Parivahan website or log onto the official website of Bangalore City Traffic Police.
  • Navigate to Citizen Services (Paid) and select E-Challan Payments for Traffic Challans.
  • From the list of ‘Traffic Violations Payments’, choose the violation type for which you have been issued the challan and match it with the details sent to you via SMS.
  • Once you know the type of traffic violation, you will be requested to enter necessary details, such as your Vehicle Registration Number, Driving Licence Number or E-challan Number; fill in the captcha code and tap on Get Detail.
  • You will now be able to view all e-challans issued against the registration number of your vehicle. E-challans that are pending and those for which you have already paid the fine will be displayed on your screen.

Alternatively, you can download the mParivahan app on your mobile and enter your e-challan number, DL number, or the vehicle’s registration number.

You can pay the fine via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or your preferred mode of digital payment.
