  • Decide which RTO is closest to you.

Step 4: You must file for a ‘Change of Address’ if you choose to receive services related to driving licences from an RTO other than the one you previously selected. Therefore, the cost of this service is ₹200.

Offline process of driving licence renewal in Bangalore

Those without internet access have the option of using an offline application. Get the online form to renew your driver’s licence in Bangalore from the RTO closest to you. Forms are also available for download from Karnataka’s official RTO website. Please turn in the following forms:

Form 1: Self-declaration form of physical fitness for vehicles used for non-transportation.

Form 1A (If the applicant is older than forty years old).

Form 2 Complete the form with pertinent details, including your name and Aadhaar card number, and turn it in to the nearby RTO.
