₹ 10,000 and 6 months prison, ₹15000 and 2 years jail for repetitive violation

Violation of Traffic Signal

First-time offence: ₹500

Riding Without Helmet (Rider and Pillion Rider)

₹1000 and disqualified for holding a licence for three months

Overloading Two-wheelers

Overloading Goods Vehicle

₹20000 and ₹2000 per ton of excess load

Overboarding Passengers

₹200 for every extra Passenger

Unauthorised Use of Vehicles Without Licence
