The simplest way to get your health policy document is to retrieve the mail we sent you right after you paid for the policy purchase or renewal. The attachment in the mail is nothing but your policy document.
Through Website
- Tap on the dashboard on the home page.
- Click on 'Support.'
- Choose 'Help Centre.'
- Navigate to the 'Online Requests.'
- Click on 'Require Policy Copy.'
- Choose 'Health' by clicking on the 'Product Name.'
- Select 'Request' by tapping on the 'Case Type.'
- Enter details like policy number, contact number/birth date/cheque number.
- Enter the alphanumeric code and click on 'Proceed.'
Through RIA
