Raise your legs at a 90-degree angle while breathing out and breathing in slowly. Remain in this position for 15-20 seconds and then bring your legs down. Repeat this yoga pose five times.

  • Dhanurasana

Dhanurasana is another helpful yoga pose for kidney stones. While lying down on your tummy, push your legs and torso backwards. Now, extending your arms backwards, grab both legs with your hands.
