- Tap on the dashboard available on the homepage.
- Click on 'Support' and choose 'Help Centre.'
- Go to the Online Request tab and choose 'insured name correction' or 'insured name change' based on your requirements.
- Once you click on any option, you will be redirected to the 'Self Help' web page.
- Choose your policy with us from the 'product name' drop-down list.
- Tap on 'Request' under the case type.
- Click 'Next.'
- Share the policy number in detail one, and either your date of birth, registered number, or cheque number in detail two.
- Enter the displayed code and click 'Proceed.'
- On the next page, you will be asked to specify the details.
