  1. Kuta Beach

This is an old Chinese Buddhist temple in Kuta, one of the few cultural landmarks that thrives alongside the traffic and crowds of visitors. Locals refer to the Vihara Dharmayana Kuta as Kongco Leeng Gwan Kuta or Kongco Kuta. The temple's bright red walls and murals are easily distinguishable amidst the traffic and cacophony of urban life. It was built in 1876 but appears new and afresh, thanks to the admirable maintenance undertaken by the temple authorities.

Its location is the main attraction as the temple is perched atop a steep cliff some 70 metres above sea level.

Of the several exciting attractions, the ones that are sure to get your adrenaline soaring are the Boomerang, Superbowl, and Pipeline rides. Children can enjoy themselves in the variety of water slides. If you want a slow and leisurely ride, you can take a boat trip along the Lazy River.

You can expect to find great weather in Kuta from April through November. On average, it is hot all year round in Bali. However, the sea temperature is suitable all year round and ideal for swimming. Though there is no fixed period to visit Kuta, May to September would be the best time as these months experience dry weather, perfect for a day out at the beach or to plan your places to visit in Kuta.
