  • Duly completed application form for Italian visa.
  • Two latest passport-size photographs with a neutral facial expression.
  • A passport with validity up to three months after the departure.
  • Proof that we have sufficient accommodation arrangements upon reaching Italy. If the plan is to visit an event there, we need to submit a signed copy of the sponsorship form along with the residence permit of the event organiser.
  • Round trip ticket
  • Proof that we have sufficient money to afford the stay in Italy. The amount is pre-specified depending on the number of days we wish to stay.

  • Purpose of your travel, such as for sightseeing, a business event, to avail medical facilities or to study at an Italian university.
  • A civil status document.
  • A No-objection certificate (NOC) from the employer if you are employed.
