  • Affidavit for Scrapping:

You should secure an affidavit confirming the scrapping of your bike.

  • Inform the RTO:

Notify the Regional Transport Office (RTO) where your bike was registered about the scrapping.

  • Provide Supporting Documents:

Submit the original RC of your bike. Include the cut-out part with your bike’s chassis number. Furnish the affidavit affirming the scrapping. Present your bike insurance policy. Include your bike’s Pollution under Control (PUC) certificate.

  • Verification Process:

The RTO will verify the provided documents, and you may obtain a police clearance certificate. RC Cancellation and Non-Utilisation Certificate:

After verification, the RTO will cancel your bike’s RC. You will receive a non-utilisation certificate for your vehicle.
