Natural or man-made disasters

Claims are not accepted if the vehicle was being used for racing, rallying, motorsports, or any unlawful activity at the time of the incident.
Driveable vehicle

If your vehicle is capable of being driven to the nearest workshop under its own power, a roadside assistance claim will not be entertained.
Theft-related losses

Any losses resulting directly from theft are excluded from the roadside assistance cover.
Duplicate coverage

Any loss or expense already covered under the manufacturer's warranty, a recall campaign, another motor insurance policy, or a similar package is not eligible for a roadside assistance claim.
Parts and consumables

Costs associated with the supply or replacement of parts and consumables are not included under the roadside assistance add-on.
Unauthorised use
