- Look for the 'Support' section under the dashboard.
- Choose 'Help Centre.'
- Go to the 'Online Requests' section.
- Choose 'Require policy copy.'
- Click 'Product Name' and choose your insurance type from the drop-down list.
- Select 'Request' under the 'Case Type.'
- Enter your policy number and provide either your contact number or birth date.
- Input alphanumeric code and tap on 'Proceed.'
