ICICI Lombard has an attractive add-on cover to help you overcome this hassle. Known as the Garage Cash Cover, it provides conveyance expense upto ₹ 500 while your car is in the garage.

Under this cover, you get daily allowance for each day that your car is in the garage, so that your travel expenses are covered. However, it is important to remember that there is cap on the number of days for which you can avail the allowance, as specified in your policy document. Also, a maximum of 3 claims will be paid under this add-on.
